Shipping policy

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service delays which are outside of our control.

Shipping rates and estimated day of delivery after processing the order, depends on your preferred selection at checkout.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@slaykaps.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Local delivery

We offer next day local delivery for orders in York, PA

• Free local delivery is available for orders over $200 within York, PA. For orders under $200, we charge $9.99 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 9am to 9pm. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Any deliveries to the WellSpan York Hospital, UPMC Memorial, must be picked up at the main entrance.

You can list out the ZIP/postal codes you service and/or consider embedding a map here so customers can easily see if they are within your local delivery range.

International Shipping - TBD 

We do not offer international shipping to any country outside of the United States as of today. If we do decide to take that step, an announcement will be made.
